Shipping process
We aim to dispatch all orders of in-stock items within 48 hours of receipt of payment, to arrive with UK customers 24 hours after dispatch. We will contact you by email or telephone if, for some reason, this is not possible.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and an email confirmation when it is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
We can deliver worldwide from the UK which will be dependent upon the size and scale of the item.
If you would like your order to be sent abroad please contact us by email hello@decou.co.uk to confirm the postage options available.
Please note, the customer will be responsible for paying any import duties.

Returns
All of our products are handmade and as a result, variations in colour, pattern and finish may occur. Many of our decorative items and the furniture we source is vintage or antique and will have signs of age, patina or wear. We are unable to offer a return in light of minor imperfections.
However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the product to us within 14 days of your purchase.
The product must be returned to us, in the original packaging, unused and in saleable condition at your cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and make a note of the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.

Once we have replied to your email and have accepted the return, please return the item(s), including your name and order number, to:

Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Unfortunately, international orders cannot be exchanged.

Do you offer a bespoke service?
We do! We can work to commission on interior and commercial projects. We can develop original designs or work with your schemes and can also try and match your requirements from our extensive collection of textiles and papers. Please email us at hello@decou.co.uk to discuss.
